Experience: The Elite Hockey Program attracts players from Connecticut and all over North America to come train in a unique skills setting and play in high level leagues and games against top teams in the AYHL & ECEL. The Elite Hockey Program is led by what many experts consider to be one of the top coaching staffs in the northeast providing a top notch, professional, and memorable experience for our players.

Development: Our team practices focus on three core elements; skills, concepts, and strategies. All team practices are strategically designed to help our players prepare for each weekend of competition. Our weekly practice sessions have a progressive theme that gives our players the cutting edge throughout the season. The Elite Hockey Program staff takes a unique approach to identifying individual strengths and weaknesses, so we continuously improve upon our teams’ performance levels.
Education: One of the most frequently asked questions in hockey are
How do I get my kid started down the right path?", “How do I get noticed?” There is no simple answer, everyone has to start somewhere.  Players must make themselves attractive and visible to programs. The Elite Hockey Program takes a pro-active approach to help players and families better understand the recruiting process and what it takes to play at the next level and how to narrow the gap in their development between potential and performance.

Exposure means that our players compete in front of prep, junior and college scouts and gain additional exposure through our strong network of coaches on staff.  Players will showcase their skills, gain real insight to the recruiting process, and be exposed to prospective coaches at the Prep,USHL, NAHL, NCAA and NHL levels.
