Guliford, Conn., - The Elite Hockey Academy is happy to announce that 16U Premier forward Korey Cardenas Aston has been selected by the Mercer Chiefs of the NCDC in the 2023 NCDC Entry Draft.

Elite Hockey Academy President Peter Alden is ecstatic for Korey to be selected in the NCDC Entry Draft. Alden believes that Korey has earned this opportunity by doing things you need to do on and off the ice to be successful. “I’m very happy that Korey has earned this opportunity,” said Alden. “He’s a guy who is a tireless worker and does everything we ask of him as a staff this year. I'm a believer that if you're a good person, usually good things will happen to you. That is the case for Korey, as he's one of the best kids to come through EHA the last few years. He's earned this opportunity, and I'm proud of him and look forward to watching him at the next level."

On behalf of everyone here at EHA, we want to congratulate Korey on this great accomplishment. We look forward to seeing Korey with us at the 18U level next season and building his successes at the next level.
