The EHA Pee Wee program offers a well-rounded, dynamic environment for players to achieve their full potential not only on the ice, but in the classroom and in life. Our players will improve upon key fundamentals such as shooting and passing, player movements, such as change of speed and direction, game strategies and teamwork, and concepts developed within EHA Hockey overall methodology.  The EHA coaches will instruct players to control the tempo of the game and play smart and aggressive while focusing on angling, the pace of the game, and creating good defensive structure that leads to the offensive side of the game to create scoring opportunities and puck possession.

Each EHA player has a support system in place to aid in the developmental process that includes:

Goalie Coach: Craig Ryan

Strength Coach: Mike Bouchard

Program Highlights

  • Team meetings and Strong communication
  • Coaches will begin to learn each student-athlete's game and will structure practices to ensure complete on-ice development and progression
  • Conditioning and skill training throughout the season along with individual player evaluations
  • Coaches Provide game video analysis and review
  • Leadership training through the EHA Mentorship Program
