Alden is back for his third season of coaching both the U16 and U18 age groups. Peter played his college at UMass Amherst under Don "Toot" Cahoon and at Quinnipiac University for Rand Pecknold. Alden was the coach of the Choate Rosemary Hall Boys Hockey Program for four years. In the last two years, he has seen seven players sign tenders to join junior programs to go along with the three NHL Draftees and 21 Division 1 Athletes he has previously coached. 

Coach Jesseau grew up playing his youth hockey in the Greater Toronto Area. He spent four playing in various junior leagues across Canada including the QMJHL. After leaving juniors, Dustin went on to play three years split between the FHL and the SPHL. 

Gintoli has been with the Elite Hockey Academy for the last few years. He played college hockey for Salve Regina and professionally for a year with the Roanoke Rail Yard Dogs in the SPHL. Gintoli is part of the US Deaflympic Hockey Team that won the Gold Medal in 2019.

Played youth hockey at East Haven.  4 year starter at East Haven high school.  Senior captain and all state honors. 4 year starter at Sacred Heart University.  Went to 2 pro training camps,  Topeka Scarecrows UHL and New Haven Knights CHL. Referred youth, high school, and prep school for 10 years. Level 4 USA Hockey coach.  Head coach at all levels at East Haven youth hockey for 8 years.   Head coach of the 2016 Squirt B championship team. Assistant coach of the East Haven High school team for 5 years. 

Geoff is back behind the bench for his third season with the EHA. Before joining EHA, Geoff was the coach at the South Kent School, in juniors with the Philadelphia Revolution and various youth programs across Connecticut. He has sent numerous players to Division 1 programs over the years. Geoff will have EHA President Peter Alden assisting him at the Squirt Major level and Ben Viccari helping with the Bantam Major group.  

Pat MacGregor played four years at Boston University under legendary coach Jack Parker and David Quinn. As a senior, he was named captain for the 2013-2014 season. MacGregor also spent time at Avon Old Farms, where he played for two years before joining BU in 2010. After BU, he spent a year playing in the East Coast Hockey League for the Gwinnett Gladiators. 

Jack is an assistant coach at Amherst College, where he spent four years and served as a captain in his senior season in the 2018-2019 season. Jack played prep school hockey at the Westminster School, where he scored 70 points in 81 games. A Guilford native, Fitzgerald has been around the EHA program before, in 2019, he spent the summer working in the marketing department. 

Ben has been with the EHA for the last few years as an Assistant Coach alongside Peter Gintoli. A Connecticut native, Viccari played club hockey for Sacred Heart for four years while in college. 

Coach Fixman is entering his second season at EHA after coming over from the Kent Elite Program ahead of last season. He will be in his second season coaching the 09 age group here at EHA. Ales was born and raised in Czechoslovakia, where he played professionally for HC MST Breclav and SKH Hodonin. 

Kurt is back for his second year leading the mite age group. Kurt has an extensive sports background as he played both hockey and lacrosse for The Canterbury School and played Division 1 Lacrosse at West Point. Kurt is the owner of North Haven Crossfit and has competed in the National Pro Grid League, and three times has competed in the New England Crossfit Regionals.
