Elite Hockey Program Tabs Geoff Marottolo as New Assistant Coach!

Guilford, Conn., - The Elite Hockey Program, proud members of the Atlantic Youth Hockey League (AYHL) and East Coast Elite League (ECEL), has announced today that Geoff Marottolo will be added to the 18U and 16U staff.  Marottolo is a veteran coach who is established and respected in the Junior, Prep School, College, and Professional ranks. Some of his highlights include New England Prep School Coach of the Year, built South Kent Program into perennial Prep School powerhouse, and also served as the GM and Coach of the Philadelphia Revolution Junior Team.  Geoff has helped place players into numerous college programs over the years.

“I am excited and extremely eager to join the Elite Hockey Program.  What Alden and his staff are doing in the Connecticut area is exciting...Building full year midget tier 1 team with players from all over the world and getting a chance to work with the players on a daily basis and make them better.  Marottola added “The Elite Hockey Program plays in strong leagues and has a good development path…It was a simple decision to join them and this is something I want to be a part of.  I like building and Alden has been building for years.”  Said Geoff Marottola

A key part of Marottolo’s job description includes the managing of the players, maintaining team culture, strength of his, as well as college placement for the players.
